It was a city wedding if I ever saw one.
Their mornings started together/separately at a downtown hotel. While Rhianna, her bridesmaids, and her sweet mother carefully added their finishing details, Bill and his groomsmen carefully decided which spirits to order.
Seventeen stories above the city, their intimate first look unfolded. Midday light peaked through and bounced off of skyscrapers. Her veil caught wind. I've never seen anything quite like it.
Next, we embarked on a mission to capture their favorite parts of the city they love. We found new murals and old ivy. It was a perfect preface to the ceremony that was about to unfold.
Soon, we headed to Floating World Gallery in Lincoln Park, one of our favorite Chicago venues, where their intimate ceremony commenced. Paper lanterns hung. Perfectly diffused, creamy light poured in. Greenery peeked.
Their night was capped with friends and family enjoying each other, great food, and the Space Jam soundtrack.
Below are a few of our favorite moments from the day.
