This has to be how late 90's Michael Jordan felt. Minus the flu.
When we first met up with Josh and Kate, I knew it. They are a total dream to shoot.
Josh is a Photo Stylist and Kate has killer taste. They're warm, funny, and totally enamored with one another. Swoosh.
We started our session in their apartment where I'm pretty sure it took everything Daniel could muster not to pick it (American Pickers-style). It's decked out with collections of thermoses, tins, and trinkets and complete with a wall full of ugly lady pictures (fittingly called the "ugly lady wall"). They made a brussels sprout hash for breakfast and showed us around their picturesque space.
We trekked through slush and a pretty River North before we ended our session at the Lincoln Park Conservatory. I could go on for days about how much I love love love the details, natural light, and love that are each just jam-packed inside this session, but I'll spare you and leave you with a (little more than a) few of our favorite shots from the day.
